If you head a ministry you need not have knowledge. The IAS and IPS other bureaucrats have to bow down to the fools. They have no say. This should change then only there will be good governance. A peon for taking a bribe of just Rs 5 will be sacked. Whereas the politician sharks can suck in millions. No one to stop these leaches from drawing blood completely. The so-called law-makers are the law-breakers. Flabberghasting flibbertigibbets.
