In the DMK when Annadurai was Chief Minister, an exception who has not brought in his wards into politics, Nedunchezhiyan was No. 2. When MGR broke away and formed ADMK there too Nedunchezhiyan was No 2. Back in DMK Nedunchezhiyan was No. 2. No. 2 was never promoted to No. 1. After Anna died, Karunanidhi usurped power pushing back Nedunchezhiyan to the same position. When the latter joined MGR-floated ADMK, he had to be No. 2. After MGR's death in Janaki faction, Veerappan was No. 2 and when Jayalalithaa won people's support her AIADMK came in for recognition, Nedunchezhiyan was No. 2. No. 2 was No. 2 for ever.
No. 2 game was stagnant. Understanding it fully well, now Stalin was announced No. 3 and not No. 2. No. 2 Anbhazhagan would be relegated after Karunanidhi and No. 3 Stalin would become No. 1. So, No. 2 in Tamilnadu politics is scape goat and they have to search for a boat to tide along to shore. Warreh Wa!

I curse my ill-luck

For not having become a Cabinet Minister

My father was not the Chief Minister of Tamilnadu in the first place. He wasn't a rationalist, an ardent believer in God. He would never blame God for his sufferings. He could be compared to Book of Job, who never cursed God when his wife asked him to give up God belief. Had my dad been heading the Tamilnadu Government and with the prowess of our present Chief Minister, he would have made me a Cabinet Minister, my brother his deputy.
Whom should I blame for this? God alone, as I am not so much mad after God as my father was. I am learning a lesson through this. One should be rationlist, arrogant to the core, move coins in such a manner, myself and my family alone enjoy the fruit and ditch others. Above all, I should many wives, sons, daughters, grand sons, grand daughters, great grand sons, great grand daughters to occupy ministerial berth throughout India. I, I alone should be the ruler and others my slaves. Blessed me with not that acumen, Oh devil! Not God. God be damned.

It is obvious our foreign daughter-in-law Sonia is not happy with the present jumbo cabinet formed at the Centre. With around 60-70 seats short for absolute majority the Congress had to induct so many ministers to please its allies. Allies, some resorted to blackmail, armtwist, beg, lick the boots and various other tactics to be seated in the cabinet. Sonia group had to give in.
Disgusted over it and Sonia mania having not worked, the foreign lady who was so long dictating terms, now got vexed and asked the ministry under Manmohan Singh to 'perform or perish'. The wound she received was so large and indiscribable with the loss of her beloved husband. It took 18 long years to the injuries to heal and that too not completely. It might be a solace that the LTTE which was responsible for Rajiv Gandhi's brutal assassination, was decimated.
There are other forces within who abetted in the crime but alliance had to be made with the accomplices and that must be troubling her. She might be waiting for an opportune time to tarnish the image of the evil forces, as per the Tamil saying, Pagaiyali kudiyai uravadi kedu. Who knows what is in her mind?

By making his son M K Azhagiri as Cabinet Minister, Chief Minister Karunanidhi's lifetime ambition has been fulfilled. M K Azhagiri's son, his son, his son, his son, his son, his son for thousand generations and more have to be inducted into Central Cabinet. Otherwise, Manmohan Singh's Sonia Gandhi's thousand generations cannot rule the nation.
Better the nation India's name be changed to Karunanidhi. A great Dravidian by birth, freedom figher, patriot to the core, for generations should rule the nation. Anyone coming in between them is a traitor. MK's family is the only one with national spirit. Drohi Lal Bahadur Sasthri and the thousands who have laid down their lives for India's freedom and they cannot claim any right. Karunanidhi is the only soul above law, who has to be worshipped, revered. And in days to come those who do not lick the feet of the Karunanidhis will have to be driven out of the land. Now the time is ripe for the man who was harping on bringing out stashed money in foreign banks is nowhere to be seen nearby. If he had won the election and formed Government at Centre, there was hope at least he would try bring the black money to India. Such politicians' fear is now allayed.

DMK in TN wants plum posts

Sri Lankan developments have been sidelined by the DMK, an unofficial spokesman of the LTTE supremo Velupillai Prabhakaran, for it fights for top ministerial berths for itself with the new UPA Government at the Centre in India.
What does it mean? Sri Lanka issue was only a plank for the DMK or for that matter any other party in Tamilnadu. Their selfish end stands foremost. It was all crocodile tears. Now and then press releases are made as to the Sri Lankan army's claim of slaying Prabhakaran was false. The Prabhakaran angle is immaterial to our politicians.
Our former Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi was killed brutally as crushing a fly in the month May. The same month the LTTE was decimated. The similarity just a coincidence? Or is it calculated one? At the time parliamentary elections were held, the army operations in Sri Lanka reached its peak. Violence wraught violence. Ayudham eduthavan ayudhathalayae madivan is not a simple saying. It proves to be so. All God-designed.

It is good that two parties - the Congress and the BJP - are registered in the minds of the people. India is numerous nations within itself. Hence the regional parties. If one wants to float a party he can. That it the situation here. The whole of India should have just two parties - one the ruling and the other opposition. Then only the governance will be better. As Democrats and Republic in the US. With hell a lot of parties divide and rule which the Britisher practised will come into force. Each one having his/her own views cannot keep India united.

If it is done his name would be written in golden letters in the archives and such prime minister would ever be revered. There are people who go without a square meal. They are literally on the streets, begging for alms. Think of them and act. Thick-skinned politicians will never do that.

With the LS polling over, the results are to be announced Saturday. If as per various survey reports that the Congress alliance has an edge, closely followed by the BJP. In that case smaller parties and independents would be wooed by both the national parties. It is to be waited and watched the political tamasha. Money power would play a vital role in the formation of the Government. If there prevails tug-of-war within the Government such formed, another election is imminent. At the time of economic recession India cannot afford to hold next election next year. But within the period the Government becomes unstable, if black money stashed at the Swiss bank could be brought to India, as promised by the NDA ten such elections could be held. US will become poorer nation and India the richest one. Britishers swindled Indian wealth they say, but Indians robbing Indians is much more worse.
At least to bring back the black money every patriot Indian's wish would be that the BJP should form the Government in the Centre with single majority. Even when the enumerators had come when the inmates were out, once or twice they could have put a note stating that they had been there and advised them to contact the officials. Doesn't it seem democratic in a democracy? There were cases earlier that when voters went to the booth to exercise their franchise, their votes would have already been polled by impersonators. Now in the first place their names are not to be found.

Not in the manifesto, but as an after thought, Thani Ealam sprouted from Jaya's brain. Are Sri Lankan Tamils going to exercise franchise here? If so she would sure to win all the 40 LS seat including that of Pudhuchery. It won't be a surpirse even if she is directly voted for Prime Minister's post which she eyes. But unfortunately SL Tamils have no voting right here for Indian parliamentary election.
Dr Ramadoss has to be given a doctorate for seeing similarity of his newfound heroine with that of Indira Gandhi. Indira Gandhi got separated Bagla Desh from East Pakistan, which repercussion we still experience. At the beginning there was an influx of refugees which led to the compulsion of affixing refugees' stamps in postal articles that we posted. That might even be the reason for Pakistan having become our sworn enemy for they nurture terrorists on their land to be engaged in India.
With Jaya's blabbering another Bangal Desh-like situation would surely rise here and Sri Lanka would become our another foe. Fantastic foreign policy Jaya is engaged in.

Election Commission that came to Tamilnadu discovered overall adherence to the model code as 'satisfactory'. Lovely, when a reporter made a comment that he was soft on violations in Madurai since he was appointed by the UPA government in which the DMK was a constituent. Navin Chawla retorted saying, 'Everyone should be judged by the action taken and not by the spoken words.' That means he will speak one thing and act the other way.
Going by all this, it becomes obvious the full Election Commission is Government's organ and impartiality could not be expected of the bureaucrats. Hurray ho 'Democracy'. The UPA government was very calculative and moved the coin with utmost shrewdness. As long as Navin is in, the UPA will be ruling, sorry ruining the country. President is their madam, EC is theirs what can the so-called the nationlist party BJP could do?
Either by hook or crook Manmohan's team headed by queen Sonia wanted to stick on to power. We will never see a courageous PM who will act and that is the fate of India.

In the internet world youth population is busy and finds no time to care for others, why even their parents. Hence the old age homes have come up in large number. They are after money, elders are left lonely to fend for themselves.
Well, the old people long for affection which does not come forth - what a deflection? Matha, Pitha, Guru, Deivam is the order. But now Money, luxury, pleasure, extravagance has become the border. Do they save for their future? They spend lavishly the hardly earned.

What we were before born? There was no trace of us. But after our death traces of our presence when we were alive would be lingering for some time. Say upto three generations we would be called when rites would be performed by our progeny. Four genrations later we would be considered as gone forever. But our prints on this earth would be there till this earth lives.
What a wonder - God's designs? Whether a person when living was a saint or demon that will be erased from the face of the world. Commets were resposible for life to spring on this soil, it was researched. Whether it is so or no we have taken this shape as we are. Punniyam, paavam are really there? We have known of bikes, cars taken away using duplicate keys. This idea of eloping a train and causing so much damage, loss of few people's lives seems to be farfetched and simply a monstrous, devilish act of an insane, rather a demon terrorist mindset unscrupulous anti-social idiot's job.
Such mindless persons should be weeded out of this planet. It is heartrending and fortunately loss of life was not that alarming. What RPF was doing? Security was not so tight. But what could be done, unless we have mind reading ability of the evil designs?
