Vivekin vivega wit that fits
'Buttonai thattivitta rendu idily vanthidanum' sang NSK in a film. That was suited in his time. But to the present-day setup Vivek's comedy is not only timing but also has a point in it. He is compared to the yesteryear's Kalaivanar. To some extent it is correct. But sense of comedy is in both of the commedians. Some nonsense cracks ocjokes are considered as comedy. It is taste that differs.
Vivek in his own amicable style really asathararu. Vivek is Vivek and Vadivel is Vadivel, no compare. 'Romba nallavannu sonnangaiah' that sutis Vadivel. 'Eppidi irunatha naan ippidi ayitten' that is Vivek. Others in pair beat each other 'barta thalaiya, eruma maadu' are their taste.
Of all Nagesh was par excellence. Comedy and pathos were in his veins. No soul ever there was and going to be come near him. Versatile actor that he was. Server Sundaram Madhu for pathos, Thiruvilaiyadal Dharumi for comedy. No remedy, already he has done every role, the final goal he has reached. He will never be impeached.
